The Site is the personal website of Vadym Melnyk. It shares his background, the companies he has founded, his writing, and ways to get in touch. Where a specific programme requires formal certification, that certification is opened on a programme-by-programme basis and is not represented as a current status unless explicitly stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection of your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vadym Melnyk regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to that use. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
