In this piece
As of September 2026, I lead four ventures: Dronehub, where I'm founder and CEO; Oswin, two US companies I'm launching this year, Oswin AI in AI education and Oswin Labs in AI and robotics R&D; the AI-education brand VADYM.AI; and JFACTORY, the manufacturing arm of the Dronehub group. I co-founded three more, KIERUNEK.AI, Pelixar and RoboSoccer, and I'm a shareholder in B-Technology.
This page is the canonical list, and I update it when something changes. Last reviewed: September 2026.

The descriptions are the ones on my Companies page, which splits the list the same way: the ventures I lead, and the ones I co-founded or hold shares in. Here is a little more on each, and on what my role actually covers.
The ventures I lead
Dronehub — founder and CEO
Autonomous drones that inspect critical infrastructure — power lines, refineries, railways — so people don't have to climb it. An EU R&D leader (Horizon 2020 HUUVER coordinator; ESA + EDA AUDROS) and a Financial Times FT1000 company.
I started it in 2015 in Rzeszów, Poland, as Cervi Robotics. A 2017 contract with the European Space Agency for autonomous landing and battery swap became the seed of the product, and in 2020 I turned down roughly €3M of outsourcing work to bet the company on it. That is when the company took the Dronehub name. Today the product is drone-in-a-box infrastructure: a docking station, automatic battery swap and AI inspection. The company works across the EU and the US. If the term is new to you, start with What "Drone-in-a-Box" Actually Means; the story of the rename is in Cervi to Dronehub: What a Pivot and Rebrand Really Cost.
Oswin AI and Oswin Labs — founder
Two new US companies. Oswin AI works in AI education (EdTech); Oswin Labs does AI and robotics R&D in the Research Triangle, North Carolina. The Oswin website is coming soon.
Both are separate from Dronehub, not successors to it, and I'm not publishing products, funding or customers for them yet. Why I'm building in the US is in Why I'm Building Oswin AI, My Next Company, in the US. One note, because the name is shared: Oswin AI is unrelated to the Australian bookkeeping product of the same name.
VADYM.AI — founder
AI-education for entrepreneurs — teaching people to actually build with AI, not just talk about it. It's the Ukrainian-language side of my teaching: courses, the AI Marathon and my YouTube channel. Together with KIERUNEK.AI, it reaches tens of thousands of entrepreneurs. The rule I teach from is the one I work by: if I do something twice, I think about automating it; if three times, I automate it. The full picture is on my Education page.
JFACTORY — founder, inside the Dronehub group
The precision-manufacturing arm of the Dronehub group — contract CNC machining, fiber-laser cutting, and 3D printing, born from Dronehub's in-house drone production. It sits in Jasionka, near Rzeszów, and takes outside orders for custom machined and laser-cut parts.
Co-founded, and where I hold shares
KIERUNEK.AI — co-founder
The Polish-language home for practical, build-first AI education for entrepreneurs. I co-founded it with Instytut Kryptografii, and it has its own YouTube channel, @KierunekAI. Same approach as VADYM.AI, native to the Polish market rather than translated for it.
Pelixar — co-founder and shareholder
Advanced drone solutions, including the Airvein medical-sample logistics system. PELIXAR S.A. is based in Gdynia, and my role is co-founder and shareholder.
RoboSoccer — co-founder
Table soccer with real robot players that grab, pass and lob the ball — an early venture whose technology is now available to license to US partners.
We first showed it in September 2019. We don't manufacture it; we license it to US partners, openly and non-exclusively. I explain why in Why We License RoboSoccer Instead of Manufacturing It, and partners will find the details on robosoccer.io.
B-Technology — shareholder
Maker of the Xerall hybrid flying-and-driving drones (the X-Tankcopter), registered in Poland in 2016. My role is shareholder.
Boards and memberships
These are governance roles, not companies I run:
- AI Chamber (Poland's AI industry chamber) — member of the Chamber Council.
- Association of Ukrainian Business in Poland (Zrzeszenie Ukraińskiego Biznesu w Polsce) — member of the Foundation Council.
What ties it together
On paper this looks like a spread: drones, a machine shop, courses, a robot game, two new US companies. In practice it's one idea applied in different places. Take the work that's dangerous, repetitive or simply too slow by hand, and hand it to a machine, so people get to do the part that actually needs a human. At Dronehub the machine climbs the tower. In my courses it's an AI agent or an automated workflow. And my view of this moment is that AI lets you return to the garage: it rewards talent, not capital.
The structure follows the focus rule I learned at Dronehub: a company doing everything is a company doing nothing. So I lead a short list myself, and everywhere else my role is co-founder, shareholder or licensor.
